We guide you through the process step by step, from inspiration to final design, so you can feel confident every step of the way. Availability is limited each season to ensure quality and attention to detail, which is why we encourage families to plan ahead.

Pickups
Pickups are scheduled Wednesdays or Thursdays on your homecoming week, between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
​
These pickup windows allow us to have orders organized and ready, with minimal wait time for families.
​
If you need to pickup outside of this window, please let us know at the time you place your order so we can plan accordingly. Weekend pickup requests must also be discussed in advance, as weekends are prioritized for shipping and final production.
Payments
A minimum 50% deposit is required when your order is placed.
​
Once a deposit or full payment is received, your order will be added to our production queue. Cash payments are accepted by appointment only.
​
Final payment must be completed prior to pickup unless otherwise arranged.
